Student Mentorship and Advising

The Harvard Foundation staff is available to meet with students that would like guidance through their time as students at Harvard College. This can range from conversations about extracurriculars, project management, intercultural and race relations, and more. If we do not have the answers, we will find a person who does! Matias Ramos supports and coaches college students in academic, programming, and diversity matters. He serve as a primary contact for undocumented and DACA students, and he has significant experince in stupporting student leaders in charge of advoacy programs.

Marvin Baclig seeks to empower minoritized students through his work in college access, student success, and campus activities. He oversees the Harvard Foundation Internship program and is a strong resource for students interested in cross-campus collaboration since he previously served as the Graduate Assistant for Student Programs: College Events Board in Harvard College's DSO and as a HGSE Equity and Inclusion Fellow.

Anna Mei Gubbins advises students on topics such as marketing and communication strategies, developing academic skills and intercultural communication, BIPOC support and resources, leveraging faculty relationships, international education, and intersectional programming that addresses themes of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
